Job summary

Silverado is seeking Caregivers at the Tustin location to support residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory-related conditions. You will provide hands-on care, build relationships with residents and families, and contribute to a safe, respectful daily environment.

This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork, with paid training and opportunities for growth within Silverado’s memory care program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with memory impairments preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and English communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Anticipated pay range

$22-$24 USD
