Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy and collection procedures from donors in a mobile or fixed-site setting. The role requires accurate vital checks, safe blood collection, and high standards of donor care.

You will contribute to donor recruitment efforts and provide outstanding customer service while adhering to FDA and AABB standards. This is a full-time position with compliance to organizational policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to speak and write in English.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with recruitment of potential apheresis and bone marrow donors.
