Job summary

OneBlood in the United States is seeking a phlebotomist to perform donor phlebotomy and related collection procedures in accordance with FDA and AABB standards.

You will obtain donor histories and vitals, ensure safety and quality, and provide excellent customer service while supporting donor recruitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and manuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with recruitment of potential apheresis, and bone marrow donors.
