Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate – Full Time, Hourly to help run our store operations with a focus on donation processing, pricing, and customer service.

The role includes stocking, cashier duties, and maintaining store appearance while following rotation schedules and safety guidelines. We value a caring, inclusive culture and a mission to support a great cause.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail operations preferred.
• Demonstrate positive customer relations and ability to interact with trainees.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain pricing guidelines.
• Kaizen/6S principles and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive donated items and process them for sale.
• Operate cash register and serve customers on the sales floor.
• Sort donations by category and price textiles; maintain displays.
• Stock merchandise and remove outdated items according to rotation schedule.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain store appearance.
