Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. in Chardon, Ohio is hiring full-time Donation Pricing Associates to process and price quality donations in our stockroom.

You will stay current on brand names and prices for hardline goods and help merchandise items on the sales floor. The role includes ensuring donor and customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate counts, and upholding safety standards as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with pricing and categorizing hardlines (brand names and price points).
• Ability to maintain counts and adhere to standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
• Sort hard lines into salable, e-commerce, and salvage/outlet categories; price saleable items accordingly and transport carts to the sales floor.
• Maintain accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals.
• Keep sorting and processing areas neat and clean.
• Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and sales floor cleaning as needed.
• Follow all agency safety policies and guidelines; participate with supervisors and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
