Job summary

Goodwill - Middleburg Heights, Ohio is seeking a Part-time Donation Pricing Associate to price and process quality donations in the stockroom and ensure donor and customer satisfaction. You will stay informed about brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods, sorting items into saleable, e-commerce, and salvage categories.

The role emphasizes maintaining clean work areas, assisting with floor merchandising, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process and price quality donations in stockroom
• Stay abreast of brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods
• Sort hard lines into salable, e-commerce, and salvage/outlet categories
• Maintain accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals
• Always maintain sorting and processing areas in a neat and clean condition
• Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and sales floor cleaning as needed
• Follow all agency safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
