Job summary

Goodwill Olympia, WA is hiring a Full Time Donation Attendant to join our store team. You will process and sort donations, help keep the center tidy, and support the loading and unloading of donations as needed.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and safety, with on-the-job training for equipment and materials. This position offers competitive hourly pay and a benefits package consistent with our mission.

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
