Qualifications

• Must pass a NON -Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
• Must consent to a pre-employment drug screen. Pitt Ohio must receive a negative result.
• Must read and write English and perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ten-year work history check required; gaps explained; discrepancies may affect offer.
• At-will employment relationship with Pitt Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight according to DOT requirements, by hand or with hand truck/dolly.
• Sort and secure items on trucks or dock to prevent damage.
• Use carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and tow motors for material handling.
• Perform required paperwork daily related to job execution.
• Work on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with a 2 AM start.
• Comply with federal, state, and company regulations.
