BayMark Health Services, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time dispensing duties in our Baart Programs unit.

The role involves dispensing prescribed medications, maintaining dispensing equipment, inventory management, and reporting patient information as part of a treatment team in collaboration with physicians and supervisors. The ideal candidate has a Vermont LPN license, CPR certification, and experience in chemical dependency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in chemical dependency preferred.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Administer daily medication to patients per policy and protocols.
• Use automated dispensing systems and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Record and report patient treatment information per company protocol and regulations.
• Ensure security for distribution and storage of controlled substances as required by CFR.
• Order, receive and stock medications in compliance with DEA/state regulations.
• Provide daily patient assessments and support Nursing Supervisor.
