Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Dishwasher at Residence Inn Marriott OSU in Columbus, OH to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, ensuring all dishware and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized. You will support the culinary team and help create an efficient workspace.

Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, polishing items, maintaining safety, and assisting with deep cleaning projects as needed. Prior kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation
• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean
• Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized
• Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required
