Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays per procedures to ensure sanitation.
• Keeps dish area clean and complies with safety standards.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
