Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and hand wash as needed.
• Polish silver using burnishing equipment and related tools.
• Maintain correct temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation rules.
• Wipe down work surfaces, refrigerators, and prep areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times.
