Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing, mopping, and sanitation experience required

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes; wash by hand or place in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following assigned sanitation procedures
• Polish silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth
• Maintain proper chemical levels and water temperatures per provided standards
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
• Remove trash and place in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and product as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
