Job summary

Loverboy in San Antonio is seeking a Full-Time Dishwasher who moves quickly and takes pride in a spotless, guest-ready environment. You will be responsible for cleaning plates, cooking equipment, utensils and all items used in the restaurant to the highest standards.

You will assist bussers, stock and restock dishes, sweep and mop the dish room and kitchen floors, and ensure all cleaning duties and safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Must display exceptional customer service
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time; capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas
• Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed
• Retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them
• Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area
• Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place
• Clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift
• Perform any duties specified by the management team
• Always follow company safety policies and guidelines
• Assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs

Loverboy is a new restaurant concept from the team behind Box St. All Day and No Risk No Magic Hospitality Group. It is planned to open at Pearl November 2, 2026.

Summary/Objective
