Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• PM shift; full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine; ensures cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods; maintains cleanliness.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and clean; sweeps and mops floors.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
