Eurest USA in Grapevine, TX is hiring immediately for full-time WAITER/WAITRESS at American Airlines. Schedule includes weekends/holidays; high-volume dining experience preferred. Benefits available within the Eurest/Compass Group family.

Role involves taking orders, delivering promptly, and maintaining a clean dining environment while providing excellent guest service. Training will cover menu details, allergens, and special requests.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of high-volume fine dining experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders promptly.
• Deliver orders promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and dietary needs; note preferences.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accuracy.
• Provide excellent guest service and handle inquiries gracefully.
• Collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area and protect guest information.
• Address guest concerns and relay issues to supervisor.
• Set up and reset dining room before/after service; assist with events.
• Operate equipment as needed and support other departments during events.
• Perform other assigned duties.
