Alliance Adult Care Services in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time shifts across multiple time slots including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. The role focuses on providing hands-on care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting independence and wellbeing.

• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress and communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to create care plans.
• Be a dependable companion and advocate to maximize independence.
