Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy in a full-time role based in Philadelphia, PA.

The DSP will support personal outcomes, assist with daily activities, and work with a collaborative team to promote independence and safety. A valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• PA Driver's License preferred; reliable transportation valued.
• Experience with Autism welcomed; ability to maintain records.

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)! As a DSP, you will be enhancing the lives of those SBR provides services to by supporting achievement in personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy.

Full-Time 32-40 hours per week schedule:

• Monday: 8 am - 4 pm
• Tuesday: 4 pm - 12 am
• Wednesday: 4 pm - 12 am
• Friday: 8 am - 4 pm
• Every other Saturday: 4 pm - 12 am
