Job summary

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to enhance the lives of individuals served through daily living skills, community involvement and advocacy.

This full-time enhanced position runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm, with benefits including PTO, holidays, training, and health/dental/vision coverage. A HS diploma or GED and PA driver’s license are required, along with a reliable car and pre-employment drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree or NADD preferred.
• PA Driver's License required; reliable car access.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care needs.
• Support achievement in personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement and advocacy.

Full-time 35 hours Enhanced position:

• Monday: 8 am - 3 pm
• Tuesday: 8 am - 3 pm
• Wednesday: 8 am - 3 pm
• Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm
• Friday: 8 am - 3 pm
