• Uphold standards for food temperature, quality, and presentation — including required temperature checks and logs.
• Build knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and allergen information to answer questions confidently.
• Understand residents' tastes and dietary needs, offering thoughtful menu recommendations.
• Reset and clear tables promptly between courses, keeping place settings and flatware arranged.
• Keep dining rooms and service stations clean, organized, and safe; assist with events and private functions.
• Mentor and help train new dining team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Manage time to keep meal prep and delivery on schedule.
• Respond to service or food concerns quickly and professionally.
