Job summary

DOCS Dental in the United States seeks a dentist to practice comprehensive dentistry in a modern, private-practice setting, backed by a collaborative team and a steady patient base.

This role offers strong earning potential with a bonus structure including daily pay options and a path to an annual income between $180,000 and $390,000, along with CE allowances and relocation support.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active Dental License (in the state you are applying to)
• 1–2 years clinical experience
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
• Background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive dentistry in a modern, private-practice setting.
• Build strong patient relationships, grow clinically, and make a real impact.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and a supportive clinic team.

• $20,000 Introduction / Retention Bonus
• $1,000.00 per day OR 33% of Adjusted Production to start. Our dentists earn between $180,000 - $390,000 annually.
