Job summary

University Dental Associates (UDA) is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our patient care team. You will prepare operatories, assist during treatments, and help educate patients on oral health goals.

Qualifications

• Completion of a one-year certified dental assistant program or Six months on-the-job experience (with supporting documentation).
• Dental Assistant certification
• X-Ray certification
• Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare operatories for patients and assist the provider during treatment.
• Run sterilization and manage equipment and supplies.
• Support the education of patients on how to best succeed in their oral healthcare goals.
• Schedule appointments and maintain thorough patient records.
