Job summary

Spring Family Dental in New Albany, IN is hiring a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused office. You will support the doctor during procedures, prep treatment rooms and instruments, and help patients feel comfortable during visits.

EDDA certification is strongly preferred and Indiana X-ray certification is required. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30am–5:00pm; off Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• EDDA certification strongly preferred.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Coronal Polish certification or willingness to obtain.
• Indiana X-Ray Certification required.
• Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30am–5:00pm; off Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
• Help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Take intraoral photos.
• Fabricate temporary restorations.
• Maintain accurate chart notes.
• Sterilize instruments and uphold OSHA standards.
• Support a smooth, efficient patient experience.
