Job summary

Westford Smiles Dental Center in Westford, MA is seeking a caring Dental Assistant to join our Smile Team on a full-time basis. You will provide top-notch dental care and assist during procedures in a private office environment.

You will also handle administrative duties such as inventory ordering and lab case management while upholding health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate holds MA licensure (CDA or RDA), with at least one year of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current dental assistant license required (CDA or RDA) for MA licensure by DANB.
• Minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience.
• Strong communication and professional customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft and basic digital dentistry is preferred.

We’re a private dental office in Westford MA, looking for a caring Dental Assistant to join our Smile Team!

As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family.

Along with assisting, you will complete administrative tasks such as inventory ordering, managing lab cases, and adhere to health & safety regulations and protocols.

Office Hours

Mon, Tues and Wed 8am to 5 pm & Thurs 8-3pm ; No weekends

Ideal Candidate

The Ideal candidate has a current dental assisting license and at least one year of experience

Qualifications

• Current License Required, Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for MA state licensure by Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)
• Previous experience as a dental assistant for at least one year
• Excellent communication & professional customer service skills
• Motivated Individual & Friendly Team Player
• Computer skills (familiarity with Eaglesoft & some digital dentistry is favorable)
