Integrity Placement Group is seeking a Dental Assistant for a private practice in Jacksonville, FL. The office is modern and fully digital, with all dentistry done under one roof and a focus on patient comfort and care. The role requires 3+ years of experience in dental assisting.

The schedule is a 5-day work week, with typical hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 9am-5pm; weekends are off. Compensation is $25 per hour, with benefits after 60 days, including medical, 401(k), PTO, holidays,

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and organize tools needed for dental procedures
• Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after treatment
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and treatment areas
• Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-op care instructions
• Accurately document patient care and treatment plans
