Job summary

QIC Corporation is seeking a FedEx Pick-up & Delivery Driver for full-time day shifts in the Olathe, KS area. The role includes Saturday and Sunday work with a schedule designed to keep you home for dinner, and compensation at $20–$21 per hour or a daily rate.

Responsibilities include delivering packages to businesses and homes, driving a company truck, and adhering to safety and DOT regulations. Training is provided, with a focus on reliability, initiative, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid, non-expired driver’s license.
• No CDL required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to businesses and homes in the Western Shawnee & Lenexa area.
• Operate a company truck and maintain efficient load and routes.
• Follow safety and DOT regulations and maintain time during the day.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and return the truck to the terminal at day’s end.
• Provide safe, reliable, and friendly service to customers.
