Job summary

QIC Corporation is seeking a FedEx Pickup & Delivery Driver / Utility Support in the Olathe, KS area. The role combines driving routes with occasional utility duties, with day shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

The position is full-time, with a 21–22 USD hourly rate, weekly pay, and bonus opportunities. Applicants must be at least 21, hold a valid license (CDL not required), and be prepared for background and DOT screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, non-expired driver's license required.
• No CDL required.
• Must complete pre-employment background check and DOT drug/alcohol policy.
• Must read, speak and understand English per FMCSA.
• Intend to maintain employment for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the assigned vehicle and follow DOT regulations.
• Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Adapt to changing schedules, routes, and priorities.
• Support utility technician duties as needed and maintain safety.
