QIC Corp in Kansas is seeking a Fed Ex Delivery Driver for either full-time or part-time roles. The job is a day shift position with starting pay of $20–$21 per hour or a daily rate, delivering packages in Western Shawnee and Lenexa using a FedEx vehicle.

The role requires staying within safety guidelines, passing background checks and a DOT physical, and being able to work weekends. Training is provided, and a company truck plus uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License (no CDL required).
• Background check, drug test and DOT physical required, employer paid.
• No DUI or felonies.
• FMCSA English comprehension to interact with the public.
• Day shift only; weekend work required regularly.
• Paid training provided.
• Reliable, long-term growth mindset and independent work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Deliver packages solo to businesses and residences in Western Shawnee & Lenexa in a FedEx vehicle.
• Operate using a GPS system and maintain on-time performance while following safety and DOT rules.
• Begin day with pre-trip inspection and truck organization; load packages with driver assistance when needed.
• Finish routes by 5:00–5:30 PM; routes planned for efficiency and potential earlier completion.
