Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends with or without accommodation.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: at least a 'meets expectations' rating on latest appraisal.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Complete appropriate forms.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and on time.
• Maintain store vehicle and report repair needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions or complaints.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules.
• Follow transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and delivery-related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks and forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse duties, tinting and mixing orders.
