315 Logistics LLC in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking Delivery Associates to drive Amazon branded delivery vans on 10-hour shifts. Typical 4-day, 40-hour weeks with potential overtime. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with benefits available.

Military veterans are welcome and CDL is not mandatory. Delivery routes cover Virginia Beach area; training provided. Must be 21+, have a valid license, and pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and navigate an Amazon branded delivery van.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle on and off the road.
• Use handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Navigate routes throughout the delivery area.
• Support the team in daily tasks and assist with routes when needed.
• Be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, butnot mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities of Delivery Drivers:

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle on and off the road
• Use handheld smart phone device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team
  members need assistance with their routes
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered

Qualifications

• Must be at least21+ years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening
• Must be able to operate & navigate an Amazon branded delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less (Initial
  training provided)
• Must be able to move boxesup to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
