Job summary

315 Logistics is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to cover Kitty Hawk, NC and surrounding areas. Typical shifts are 10 hours with a 4-day work week, offering overtime potential. Day shift runs from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM with at least one weekend day required. Starting compensation is $22.00 per hour, with benefits available for eligible employees.

We provide Amazon-branded delivery vehicles and a supportive team environment. Veterans are welcome, and training is provided for operating the fleet.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must be able to operate & navigate an Amazon branded delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less (Initial training provided).
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle on and off the road.
• Use handheld smartphone device for routing information and customer delivery details.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including rescue calls when teammates need assistance.
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Deliver packages to customers and be customer-obsessed.

315 Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner that was established in late 2019 as a veteran owned last mile delivery business. The company is based in Virginia Beach, VA and delivers small parcel packages throughout the Hampton Roads and North Carolina areas 7 days a week. 361 days a year.

Delivery Home Station: DRC6 - 2097 Harpers Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454, USA

*Drivers hired for North Carolina will retrieve their vans and routes at a TBD Amazon property in North Carolina*

Delivery Routes: Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and surrounding areas
Compensation: $22.00/hr, potential to work over-time
Military veterans are welcome!
Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Our Full-time Delivery Drivers drive a delivery van to drop off Amazon packages to customers within their community. 10-hour shifts are typical. 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical with potential for overtime. Daytime shift: 10:30 AM - 8:30PM. One weekend day of work is required.
