Job summary

315 Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is looking for reliable, independent delivery drivers to join a full-time seasonal role in Virginia Beach. Shifts are typically 10 hours with a 4-day work week and potential overtime, starting at 10:30 AM.

Seasonal positions may transition to full-time based on attendance and business needs. Competitive hourly pay of $22.00, with weekend work required and veteran-friendly hiring.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21+ years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening
• Must be able to operate and navigate an Amazon branded delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle on and off the road
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered

315 Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner that was established in late 2019 as a veteran owned last mile delivery business. The company is based in Virginia Beach, VA and delivers small parcel packages throughout the Hampton Roads area 7 days a week. 361 days a year.

Pay:From $22.00 per hour

Start Date: No earlier than 10/15/2026

Seasonal Positions run no later than 01/15/2027

• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
