Qualifications

• Must have English reading and writing ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work weekends.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred; deli experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must pass ServSafe Manager exam.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a deli slicer.
• Set up deli cases and rotate deli products.
• Understand and execute schematics/planograms.
• Maintain marketing displays using POS.
• Build customer relationships and provide high-level service.
• Communicate information to Merchandiser Manager and team.
