This is a full-time position. The primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with fellow associates to create an incredible place to work and shop. Responsibilities include preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products according to Fresh Foods Standards, providing customer service, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and reloading salvage products.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include:

1. Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in training and work with the team.
2. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
3. Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
4. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and use units of currency and measurement.
5. Reasoning Ability: Apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.
