Johnson Brothers is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for our Garner, NC facility. You will handle receiving, storage, and picking of alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires independence, reliability, and the ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly, with forklift experience and certification preferred. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential for maintaining quality and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inventory in a warehouse setting.
• Must be able to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving product from suppliers and ensuring accuracy of incoming inventory using scanning devices.
• Put away inbound pallets in rack or bulk locations.
• Replenish locations for selection.
• Use Warehouse Management System and barcode scanning to locate and track products.
• Ensure damaged products are removed per procedures.
• Safely operate manual and power equipment; complete forklift certification.
• Process order selection following standard procedures.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time team member at our new facility in Garner, NC.

Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, storing, and picking alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. Skilled in inventory management, palletizing, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate stock records while adhering to safety regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving product from suppliers – ensuring accuracy of incoming inventory using scanning devices
• Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations.
• Replenish locations for selection.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning system to accurately account for and locate product.
• Ensure all damaged products are properly removed from inventory and handled in accordance with procedures.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Complete forklift certification program.
• Order selection following standard processes
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
