Job summary

Johnson Brothers in Garner, NC is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution team. You will receive, store, and pick beverage products while maintaining accurate stock records and complying with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of warehouse experience, can lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly, operate scanning devices, and work independently or in a team to meet productivity goals and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from suppliers and ensure accuracy of incoming inventory with scanning devices.
• Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations.
• Replenish locations for selection.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning to account for and locate product.
• Ensure damaged products are removed from inventory per procedures.
• Safely operate manual and power equipment; complete forklift certification.
• Perform order selection following standard processes.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time team member at our new facility in Garner, NC.

Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, storing, and picking alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. Skilled in inventory management, palletizing, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate stock records while adhering to safety regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving product from suppliers - ensuring accuracy of incoming inventory using scanning devices
• Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations.
