Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for our Garner, NC facility. You will receive, store, and pick alcoholic products in a fast-paced distribution environment, maintain stock records, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will operate scanners and equipment, lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly, and work both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of warehousing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive product from suppliers and verify accuracy
• Put away inbound pallets in racked and bulk locations
• Replenish locations for selection
• Use barcode scanning to track inventory
• Operate manual and power equipment safely
• Complete forklift certification program
• Perform order picking and packing
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols
• Other duties as assigned

Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, delivering exceptional service since 1953.Job Description:We are currently looking for a Full-Time team member at our new facility in Garner, NC.Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, storing, and picking alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. Skilled in inventory management, palletizing, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate stock records while adhering to safety regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations.Job Duties & Responsibilities:· Receiving product from suppliers – ensuring accuracy of incoming inventory using scanning devices· Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations.· Replenish locations for selection.· Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning system to accurately account for and locate product.· Ensure all damaged products are properly removed from inventory and handled in accordance with procedures.· Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.· Complete forklift certification program.· Order selection following standard processes· Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols· Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.Required Qualifications:Skills & Abilitieso Ability to operate scanning devices.o Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.o Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.· Years of Experienceo Must be a minimum of 18 years old.o 2+ years of experience preferredEducationo Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent experience.Worker Sub-Type:RegularTime Type:Full time
