Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Garner, NC is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for our new Garner facility. You will receive, store, and pick alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced environment, using scanners and a warehouse management system to ensure accuracy and traceability.

This role requires lifting 40–60 lbs repeatedly, forklift certification, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet productivity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate scanning devices and a Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Receive products from suppliers and verify inventory accuracy with scanners.
• Put away inbound pallets in racked and bulk locations.
• Replenish locations for order picking and maintain stock records.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning to locate products.
• Remove damaged products according to procedures and safety rules.
• Safely operate manual and power equipment; complete forklift certification.
• Perform order selection following standard processes.
• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols; participate in other warehouse duties as assigned.

Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, storing, and picking alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. Skilled in inventory management, palletizing, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate stock records while adhering to safety regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations. Job Duties & Responsibilities: · Receiving product from suppliers – ensuring accuracy of incoming inventory using scanning devices · Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations. · Replenish locations for selection. · Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning system to accurately account for and locate product. · Ensure all damaged products are properly removed from inventory and handled in accordance with procedures. · Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment. · Complete forklift certification program. · Order selection following standard processes · Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols · Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
