• If on the Transitional Care Unit, STNA Certification required.
• No written disciplinary action in the last 12 months.
• Maintain a current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS card while in this position.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients and assist with mobility.
• Round on patients to identify needs and safety issues.
• Provide hygiene care and comfort measures under supervision.
• Follow infection control guidelines and safety precautions.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Document care provided in a timely manner.
