Elwood Care Center is seeking a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant for the day shift (6 am–6 pm). The position starts at $20 per hour and increases with years of experience, with weekend and holiday rotation as needed.

This role requires compassion, reliability, and a willingness to work with the elderly in a geriatric setting. You will perform resident care tasks, assist with treatments, document observations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Must complete 76 hour Nursing Assistant course.
• Must take a written test and obtain a score of 80% or better.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Prior geriatric experience preferred; training available.

Responsabilidades

• Resident care and assisting with treatments according to procedures.
• Monitor, document observations and services provided.
• Maintain resident rights, privacy, and dignity.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team and families as needed.
• Attend in-service trainings and follow safety and infection control procedures.
