Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Document vitals, weights, and I&O as required.
• Maintain infection control protocols.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Keep resident rooms clean and uncluttered.
• Provide transportation to activities and meals.
• Support restorative plans for residents.
• Report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Make rounds to ensure safety and comfort.
• Process resident charges timely and accurately.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the department.
• Participate in in-service education.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress.
