BrightStar Care in Bloomington, MN is hiring a compassionate Home Health Aide for full-time day shifts. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support in clients’ homes, with a schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)


• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.


• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.


• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
