Job summary

Lifesteps Inc. in Beaver, PA is hiring a full-time Day Program Aide to assist in day program activities, observe and report client performance, and keep a safe, clean environment.

This position runs Monday–Friday from 7:30 to 3:30 with weekends off and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Required: High School Diploma or GED, CPI certification, CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain within six months, and a valid driver’s license with travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPI certification required or ability to obtain.
• First aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Supervisor/Coordinator/Instructor in program activities.
• Observe and report client performance in various situations.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment during activities.
