7 Flags Car Wash is hiring multiplefull-time Sales & Customer Service Team Members who can bring that personality to every customer interaction. This role gives you the opportunity to put those skills to work while earning commissions on top of your hourly pay.

You don't need sales experience. We can teach you how to sell. What we're looking for is harder to teach: confidence, energy, initiative, and the ability to quickly connect with people.

The best people in this role can read the customer in front of them. They know when to keep things moving, when there's an opportunity to engage, and how to make a recommendation without making the interaction feel forced.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a variable schedule based on business needs. Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 a.m. or end as late as 9:00 p.m. Applicants must be available for a combination of weekdays, weekends, holidays, and opening or closing shifts.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
