National Car Rental is seeking a Full Time Customer Experience Representative (CXR) in Denver. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and offer products to enhance the guest experience while maintaining efficient service at the National/Alamo Denver Internal Airport location.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, handling reservations and inquiries, and supporting customers through the rental process with knowledge of vehicle options and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI, DWAI) on record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior customer service retail/administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and additional equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.

Overview

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This position pays $22.00 - $24.00 / hour plus additional bonuses based on performance and is located at the National/ Alamo Denver Internal Airport location - 24530 E 78th Ave, Denver, CO 80249.

Schedule

Schedule start times available: 4:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
