Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate in Bethel Park, PA. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to keep the store looking its best while delivering exceptional customer service. Starting wage is $19 per hour, with planned increases in Years 2–5; full-time role, 30+ hours weekly.

You'll work with the ALDI team to uphold policies, support curbside and checkout operations, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products per planograms.
• Operate POS and process purchases accurately.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain store and merchandising standards.
• Support management to improve efficiency and reduce loss.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
