Job summary

Planned Companies in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking friendly Janitors and Custodians to provide cleaning services for common areas and bathrooms in both residential and commercial properties.

You will ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for tenants, guests and vendors, while being polite, thorough, and observant of additional service opportunities.

Shift Tue-Sat 7:00 am - 4:00 pm; Pay $22/hr. This is a full-time position with eligible medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience with cleaning products and floor/carpet care.
• Ability to work in a team or independently as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans and washing/drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders and reporting breakages/repairs.
• Assisting building management with other duties as requested.
