Job summary

Garten Services in Eugene, OR is seeking a Custodian Driver for a full-time position. The not-for-profit organization hires people with disabilities and focuses on community impact.

The role blends custodial duties with safe driving responsibilities to support our facilities and operations in Eugene. Responsibilities include cleaning, operating custodial equipment, inventory monitoring, and delivering reliable service to internal and external customers while maintaining Garten quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in general custodial services preferred; adequate demonstration of equivalent skills and attitude accepted.
• A minimum of three (3) years of driving experience.
• ODL required.

Responsibilities

• Being the primary driver for the team(s) assigned to.
• Performs custodial duties such as vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and other miscellaneous services safely and in compliance with all Garten policies and procedures.
• Monitoring supply needs and stock levels. Places supply requests as needed to maintain adequate inventory. Assists with distribution of supplies.
• Checks quality against task lists and/or other control documents to ensure all items are completed for the site each time.
