Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for a full-time, 1st shift position in the Louisville area. You will perform a range of custodial duties under supervision to maintain clean facilities.

The compensation offered is $13.60 to $16.00 per hour. Cushman & Wakefield provides benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and more. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Formación

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style.
• Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, energy and endurance.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces in buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs and spot-clean carpets; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Wash windowsills, doors, walls, and interior/exterior glass.
• Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects like clogged urinals or lights to supervision.
• Collect trash daily and manage waste liners as required.
• Shovel snow from entrances and walkways as directed.
• Perform occasional high-dusting, leather and wood polishing.
• Other duties as assigned.
