Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield/C&W Services team in Macon, GA is hiring a Cleaner for 1st shift. You will perform custodial duties across offices, restrooms, and common areas, including floors, glass, and waste handling. No prior experience required; you’ll be trained. This full-time role includes a benefits package and competitive pay ranging from $12.33 to $14.50 per hour.

Daily responsibilities cover cleaning, restocking supplies, basic equipment use, and reporting maintenance issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs and spot clean daily; shampoo when directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and high surfaces as needed.
• Wash windowsills and glass; maintain bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects (e.g., clogged urinals, lights out) to supervisors.
